In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 71bd website accessible at https://71bd.io and all associated services, products, tools, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing registration on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) balance held within a Player's Account, including deposited amounts and winnings.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by 71bd subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction a Player places on their own Account to prevent access for a defined period.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all Account holders.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the Platform.

By accessing the 71bd Platform in any manner — including browsing without registration — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform.

Where 71bd updates these Terms & Conditions, continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and in the table of contents sidebar.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. In any dispute, the English-language version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register and use the 71bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or as agent for, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of 71bd, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by 71bd or any other gambling platform.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• Opening and using an Account does not violate any law, rule, or regulation applicable to you personally in your jurisdiction of residence.

71bd reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing Account where eligibility requirements are not fully satisfied, without obligation to disclose the reasons for doing so.

To access betting markets, casino games, and cashier services on 71bd, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the 71bd Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all Funds held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 71bd will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify the 71bd support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 71bd support team. Upon Account closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain.

71bd is committed to maintaining a safe and secure platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making their first withdrawal. KYC may also be required at other times at 71bd's discretion, including upon large deposit volumes, unusual account activity, or in response to an internal compliance review.

5.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).

5.2 Consequences of Non-Verification

71bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access, place restrictions on bet limits, or close an Account where a Player fails to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request. Any Funds associated with a closed unverified Account will be handled in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

71bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency transactions are supported. 71bd does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the name on the payment account must match the name on the 71bd Account.

6.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change without prior notice. Players may set personal deposit limits via their Account settings at any time; once set, a lower limit takes effect immediately, while an increase to an existing limit is subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any calendar day are processed the same day. Requests received after 22:00 BST are processed on the following business day. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are credited exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 71bd reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant Accounts. Players will be notified by email before any such fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant Account, simply log in via the 71bd Login page — no further action is required unless the Account has been closed.

All bets placed on the 71bd sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed alongside each market at the time of betting.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number displayed on screen. 71bd reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has started, where odds were displayed in error, or where the stake exceeds any applicable limit for the relevant market.

7.2 Outright Markets

Outright bets (tournament winner, top batsman, top wicket-taker, series winner, etc.) are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, or other applicable authority. Dead heat rules apply where two or more selections finish in a tied position. In the event of abandonment of an entire tournament, outright bets are void and stakes returned.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the odds were published in manifest error; the event result cannot be officially confirmed within 72 hours of the scheduled completion time; or the bet was placed on a market that has since been suspended for integrity reasons. Voided bets result in a full stake return to the Player's Account.

7.4 Disputes

Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with the 71bd support team within seven (7) calendar days of the official result being published. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered. 71bd's decision on all settlement disputes is final, subject to any applicable escalation procedure set out in clause 15.

All casino games available on the 71bd Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and all other game types — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live streamed from licensed studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO.

8.1 Game-Specific Rules

Each game has its own set of rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and paytable. These are accessible within the game interface before wagering begins. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before playing. 71bd accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand the rules of a particular game.

8.2 Crash Games

Crash games, including Spribe Aviator, operate on a provably fair algorithm. Each round result is independently verifiable using the seed hash displayed within the game log in the Player's Account dashboard. Manual and auto-cashout features are provided as a convenience; 71bd is not liable for any technical failure resulting in a missed cashout where the cause is outside 71bd's reasonable control.

8.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a casino game or betting transaction, the affected game round or bet will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account. 71bd does not honour claimed winnings that result from a manifest technical error, including display errors showing incorrect odds, balances, or payout amounts.

9.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses are issued at 71bd's discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Each bonus is subject to a specific set of terms — including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, time limits, maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active, and wagering multipliers — all of which are communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

9.2 Bonus Abuse

Players who 71bd reasonably determines have opened multiple Accounts, used third-party software to exploit bonus terms, engaged in low-risk or arbitrage betting patterns to clear bonus wagering requirements, or otherwise abused any promotion will have all associated bonuses and resulting winnings voided. The Account may also be closed under clause 11.

9.3 One Bonus at a Time

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at any time. Any existing bonus must be fully wagered or forfeited before a new bonus is credited.

71bd is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of Responsible Gaming Tools available to all Account holders at no charge, accessible directly from Account settings after login. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point, including during registration or KYC.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using any software, bot, script, spider, crawler, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain; any such gains are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or suspicious financial activity through the Platform.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or any other wagering product.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 71bd staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Misusing the 71bd brand, logo, or intellectual property without written authorisation.

All content on the 71bd Platform — including but not limited to the 71bd brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 71bd or is used under licence from its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 71bd.

Third-party game content provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Red Tiger remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with 71bd.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 71bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of Funds resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 71bd's reasonable control, including internet service outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses sustained as a result of relying on incorrect odds, scores, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform where such information results from a data feed error by a third-party provider.
• Any losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is restricted or prohibited.
• Consequences of decisions you make based on content, analysis, promotions, or communications from 71bd, including betting outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 71bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

71bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 71bd will publish the revised terms on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change significantly affects Player rights or obligations, 71bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the contact email address registered to each affected Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 4.4.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute that cannot be settled through the internal process described above shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
